The 2009 volume of Environmental Informatics Archive containing your paper will be available at the registration desk of the conference. Selected papers will be further peer-reviewed after the conference for publication in the Journal of Environmental Informatics (JEI).
PREPARATION OF PRESENTATION
A poster session is open throughout the conference. Poster boards in common area of the meeting will be provided to registered participants to present the highlights of a subject. Please contact the programme committee (email@example.com) as soon as possible if you are interested in showing your work with posters. In case the space is not adequate to accommodate all the needs, priority will be first given to those will not present orally, and then corporation/industry participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
The requirements for poster presentations are available here.
Registered participants can feel free to bring along any brochures and pamphlets to the conference. Tables are available for distribution during the conference. Please hand them over to conference staff at registration desk.
